Drawings lie; production doesn't. I ship in small, reviewable commits, measure against real traffic, and treat every bug report as a survey of the actual terrain.

The dealer in a tier-2 city. The vendor who runs his business on WhatsApp. The nurse mid-shift. Good architecture serves the user who will never read the spec.
